I signed up for a free trial, only to find that much of the reports canned are inaccurate. I contacted tech support with no response back. Then you can't cancel online. You have to call a 1-800 number, and then wait 10 minutes as in my case. Then they demands reasons why you don't want the service. They asked. I told em. Pretty sure she was sorry she asked. Now I can't post this review because its too short. Man I just love being made to feel like a bolt in a bucket of bolts, forced to look, talk, and walk like a system designed without any common sense. Frustrating. {{Redacted}}
