I tried to cancel my membership and found the company puts up many hurdles. I did get a case number and a message hat the person I need to speak with would be back in four days. Because of the four day delay, they charged me for another month of service.
I signed up for a free trial, only to find that much of the reports canned are inaccurate. I contacted tech support with no response back. Then you can't cancel online. You have to call a 1-800 number, and then wait 10 minutes as in my case. Then they demands reasons why you don't want the service....
