PPG Olympic Deck Cleaner

Deck cleaner container, and deck cleaner brochure indicates it can be used to clean all deck surfaces, does not state not to use on cedar. In fact, it cannot be used on cedar or redwood, and use of deck cleaner caused pulp to rise to surface. Company promised to do whatever was needed to resolve, in fact only sanding will resolve per their own tech support team, and now PPG refuses to be responsible for the cost of having it sanded, which is about $5600. Employees at PPG: Joe Bartlett, Mike Bourgie and Bill Sample. All have talked to us on phone multiple times over 45 days, and have ultimately refused to accept responsibility.
