New construction home with very poor workmanship. When & if they get back to you, they’ll come “fix” problems but usually ends up looking worse than before they came. Had water coming into the basement, this is the finished patch work on the Sheetrock and sod replacement. You can see where the killed my grass from their poly in the picture with the black line. That’s where I wanted them to replace what they killed. You can see what they replaced..
