Poor service support from LG

Update by user Dec 05, 2020 Very poor after sales support and no progress till date Original review posted by user Dec 05, 2020 I bought LG fridge in Feb 2020 and within 1.5 years now the board &; compressor gone failure. Had complained to LG customer care 10 days ago but didn't even receive complaint ref no. for 9 days. Finally 1 technician visited after 2 days and changed the board after 8 days. Following-up for compressor issues now; looks like they do not have properly trained technicians who are very irresponsible and will not pick up the calls most of the times. I'm sure they have not undergone a basic training of customer response. Both the technicians started quarrelling holding me on the call as they did not assign and communicate the service issues with each other. Till now the issue is not resolved. User's recommendation: will never recommend.
