Poor service still waiting for the tech to come

city furniture in Miami has outsource their business to a company that is not professional we have appt between 3 to 6 and no one calls or show up at the house after spending over 6k on furniture plus the warranty this is totally unacceptable! I want to speak with a Corp manager the poorest service I have received no one picks the phone up at the 954 number no one responds. Can u please request a Corp manager to call us this again is unacceptable and not to leave assuage with the 954 customer service bc no one picks up !
