Poor service nickle and dime you to death

Where to begin. It all started off well, but then they wanted to renew my contract 3 months before it ended. Okay, so I asked for a moth-to month which they said was no problem. Silly me for not reading through all the details because they locked me in for another 4 months. To add it on top, their system never auto-charged my card on time so I keep incurring late fees. Their customer service is frankly non-existent User's recommendation: avoid if you can. There are better and cheaper options.
