We purchased our Carport on the 13th of December 2018. We were promised a 6 week delivery time and this included the 2 week break for the Holidays. We said, sure no problem and we understand. As of the week of 7th Jan. We were supposed to get a phone call to schedule our installation. The phone call never came. We called the person who sold us the Cover and they get them to call us back. A promise was made and recorded on voice mail that we would be scheduled that week. No schedule. The 1st of Feb 2019, we called the "installation department" and were told the installation would happen as soon as they "sold more in our area". We trying to be good customers waited patiently. No phone calls as of 27th of Feb. So we called them back again! We were promised a phone call by the end of the week. I really don't think it will be a timely install. I will update the review as time goes by. SUMMARY: Purchase Date 13 Dec 2018 Promised Install 28th Jan 2019 Still waiting 27th of Feb 2019 STILL WAITING for an INSTALL DATE after almost 12 weeks!
