I've had a number of issues with my shell. When the back window broke they put in hinges that slid side to side and I have to manually reset the window before closing. According to the dealer there wasn't a fix. When the lock mechanism self destructed they didn't carry the part and when the side window broke they didn't have the part any longer. The dealer tried to sell me a new cap for $2200 so I had to fabricate a window out of plexi. Pretty disappointed considering how much these things cost.
