Comenity (which handles Academy Credit Cards) did not credit a payment that I made and charged me late fees. Now they charge me interest on bills which have not even come due yet. Their automated telephone service is a joke and their representatives, if you can reach one, are not knowledgeable of their banking system. User's recommendation: Avoid doing business with Comenity.
