Poor service and policy

Saw a book on line was in stock. I drove 45 minutes to the store and found it and when I went to pay it was higher. I showed them the price and he said it was the on line price for pick up at the same store I was in. I was told I would have to go home and order it on line and come back and pick it up. I asked for the manager and was told he was the manager and that was the policy. Interesting idea for sells. Letting a sell walk out the down and losing a customer. Not in these types of games and I do not have to buy my books from this company. You lost my sell today and in the future. User's recommendation: Check my experience.
