Poor service, all telephone contact dialed 20x each had a recording “no one available to take your call”
Original review updated by user Jan 17, 2021 I do have a dispute, I sent $100.00 on January 15 ,2021 to the Philippines and on January 16 my bank was debited 2x. I demand an explanation and a refund please I am a loyal customer and will send my transactions to your competitor if this is not resolved.I intended to send only $100.00 where did the other $100.00 go? User's recommendation: for service I recommend phone assistance should not be on hold or unattended for at the least 5 minutes.
