Poor quality of product

I received a pair of men slippers for my birthday, but they were the wrong size and sent them back only to receive the same size which I returned again to get the right size but the heel tore immediately after getting, and they were returned again to get another pair which the heel was torn. Will not return them again and will not purchase another isotoner product.
