Poor quality and still not received my refund

The goods were of poor quality, I have tried to get my money back and send the crap garment back since March and they ask for such ridiculous confirmation, which they have been sent, either the photo of the packaging they cant see or the address to prove I can send it back to the UK. I have tried since March to get my money back and will continue to do so. Please do not buy anything from this company. Below it wants stars and I cannot score below a 1 or I would User's recommendation: Please dont buy anything from this company.
