I purchased a $2300 top of the line dishwasher (Futura Lumen) from them 3 years ago. I wanted the best for durability and quality. I received neither. It worked great WHEN it would actually work. The nail in the coffin was when the control board went out. $800 part that they won't ship to anyone except their official technicians. Total BS. Terrible customer service and now I'm stuck with a $2300 brick. Buying a Bosch and not looking back at their crap products. Do yourself a favor and skip this brand. They might have been good in the past but that ship has sailed. User's recommendation: Bosch or anything else.
