I bought two bags of Kettle Brand Country Style BBQ chips at Costco. UPC: 841**- ***** * a 28 oz. bag. Bought July 23, 2020. Date on package is Nov14; there may be more to it but if so, that information is rubbed off. Still, the product is in-date as of this writing. First bag I opened was fine for first 3rd of pack then it was oily and had a liquid like substance on the chips. I opened the second bag; it was oily and liquid-like throughout the entire bag. I would like either a refund for the chips or 2 coupons to replace these chip bags. If Costco doesn't accept coupons, then I'd like 4 coupons since grocery stores have sizes smaller than what Costco typically sells. Product was bought in Gypsum, CO Costco store. User's recommendation: My recommendation is to Kettle. Please have customer service people to accept our calls.
