Quadratec Order # R681****: When I purchased my product, I was charged $99.00 for freight! The product weighs in at 98 lb.'s, plus and is 97" long. I cannot take the bulk to UPS to ship back... and it is not right that I should have to pay additional freight charges. A carrier should be arranged by Quadraterc, and Quadratec should be responsible enough to pay the freight! This is a horrible form of customer service! Daniel Miller
