Poor customer service poor repair results

I took my RV to Michael Thompson for repair using our extended warranty. The complaints were leaking toilet valve check engine light and refrigerator and ice maker were not working properly After 4 months at Mike Thompson we got the RV back the toilet was replaced but since it was below our deductible we had to pay for the entire toilet, since the toilet was "out of production" The would only pay for a new valve and we had to pay for the toilet, $491 dollars Since Mike Thompson didn't do engine work I took the motor home to Ricon truck center in san clemente and resolved that issue but mike Thompson wanted to charge another deductle because it left there lot for repair 8 hrs of phone calls with the warranty company got that resolved they charged us $89 diagnostic fee on a tight drawer that they didn't fix and a $89 dollar diagnostic fee on the refrigerator saying the refrigerator wasn't set correctly. I told them I had the refrigerator set at the lowest possible setting when it came they insisted. So we took the RV back to storage after Mike Thompson was able to buff out the scratch on the side of the motorhome they had put in it. turned on the refrigerator took a a video of the settings and the next day when the Ice maker and referator weren't working we called for an appointment. after 3 wks we got it in again an then spent hours haggling over the deductible for the warranty which I wasn't going to pay, since the original problem wasn't fixed after the money issue was finally resolved, I didn't pay the deductible again they took 8 wks to repair the refrigerator. Finally picked up the RV, Mike Thompson makes you sign a document that they didn't check the air pressure when they give you your motor home back. Since the tires haven't had a problem holding air in the past I didn't think much of it. Half way back to storage my wife notice, while she was following me that the Right rear tires looked funny. After pulling over and checking the inner tire was flat. I was unable to get air in the tire with my air compressor the tire wouldn't seat. 1/2 way between storage and Thompson. Mobile tire repair was at least 4 hours out as well as good same couldn't give me an eta and I was in a small parking lot taking up a lot of room and asked to move my motorhome by the shop keepers. I made it back to storage and was able to get the tire to air up after a couple of hour effort. When the tire was taken in for repair of what ever caused it to go flat the tire shop showed me that the sidewall had been damaged and wasn't not repairable as evident by the slit in the tire. I believe the tire was flat at Mike Thompson and they let a vehicle go out of there repair facility in a dangerous and unsafe condition. If the tire had failed while we were driving it we would have heard the tire blow out as evidence by the sidewall damage. Something happened to the tire in the 8 weeks that Thompson had the motorhome and when we drove until we noticed the flat.
