Poor customer service, poor products

Shaw has consistently proven they do not care about loyal customers. They have not fixed my speed issue for years. Everytime I call they send out a tech who essentially does nothing, throws their arms up and says there is nothing wrong. Meanwhile there is freezing, service interuptions, etc. They call to try to smooth this over by offering me what I was already paying for in the first place and they fail to deliver that. Avoid this POS company. User's recommendation: avoid at all costs.
