We were told not to use the AC system until it was ‘balanced’. In mid April we called AJB to remind them that the installation was not complete until the system worked properly. A technician came to balance the system, but the system still does not work properly. On Wednesday May 8th AJB was called to inform them the system is still not working. A promise was made that someone would check out the system the following Monday. No one showed the entire week. On Sunday May 19th, outside air temperature was 85 degF with higher than normal humidity. The AC system could not cool our house and the inside temperature rose all day eventually reaching 81 degF with the system running continuously. AJB was again called this morning May 20th and all kinds of excuses were made as to why they can’t send someone out to look at the system. I do not recommend AJB Mechanical to anyone. They are over their head and don’t appear to have the expertise or manpower to properly service their paying customers. Use someone else.
