Poor customer service. Negative

Grizzly offer poor customer service. I placed an order and had an issue I tried to explain the situation to customer service Sue I guess she felt like she couldn't help so she hang the phone up on me. I called back and request the supervisor from another agent who told me my call doesn't warrant a supervisor. I asked if I am a customer or not. she placed me on hold and never return.
