Poor customer service and unwillingness to acknowledge the issue

have written 2 times now and "leslie" in customer care does not want to acknowledge the issue ----the bottom of bag split open and "purring" all over the floor making a mess that at 77 years old and partial handicap and am having trouble handling. Leslie continues to address there saving of weight-----huh still a 40 lb package--- and having new 4 packs shrink-wrapped to save the world----who the h____cares ----when I need help cleaning the mess their litter left. And other ramblings about crap that I can care less about but refuses to acknowledge the problem I was writing about.unless unless un User's recommendation: unless young and can lift the packages and do not care about responsive customer care use other cost effective product brands.
