POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR ATTITUDE BY OWNER.

I wish I had read this review prior to buying from Flame tech. He was more than willing to take order. THe delivery took months. The installation was delayed. Owner has very poor communication skills ith customer. Employees try to help. If you have any questions. They say you must talk to Mark. Catch him if you can. Better yet do your business elsewhere. Price your appliances on Internet. His prices far exceeded Internet and he tacks on several fees. I had to correct several errors. Generally speaking his employees were very efficient and job was done right, but there are too many in th business to be treated poorly.
