The company messed up order

when trying to correct, calling back for correction, we were called a *** and hung up and never answered. we have not been able to contact the company and the correct order. User’s recommendation: review of the company.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR ATTITUDE BY OWNER.

I wish I had read this review prior to buying from Flame tech. He was more than willing to take order. THe delivery took months. The installation was delayed.
