On a long road trip wife and myself stopped at your Applebee’s in Dalton Georgia on market st. We ordered curbside service by calling ahead. Had a very long wait til our two salads were brought out only to see one salad was missing. Employee had to go back in to get second salad to bring back out. Wife looks in bag, no utensils to eat salads with! We had to call inside for em to bring back out to us!! Once back to our hotel our chicken salads were horrible. Made with the center of the head of lettuce making these salads the most bitter I have ver eaten. Needless to say we had to go to another restaurant to get another meal we could eat as we were not driving back to your restaurant. It one to complain about things but this many things wrong is worth complaining about . Hope yous get this fixed as I know others must have gotten similar salads . Won’t be back if this is what’s happening nowadays , stretch the lettuce as far as we can to make a buck!! Shame on that particular restaurant! User's recommendation: Not going back.
