Poor craftsmanship and no refunds

I ordered a water pitcher for a gift and when it arrived there were burn marks on the glass and other blemishes. It also looked cloudy which it did not in the photo. I planned to return it for a refund but not only do I have to pay to ship it back but I can only get store credit. Very unhappy with their products and customer service
