I have been trying to contact someone for 2 days now to answer 2 questions I have for a business. I have been put on hold for 15-20 mins and have been given about 8 different numbers to Corporate including their Media Relations Dept. They just lost a big business account. I have always been told it starts at the top well this business certainly does. They have all these numbers that say Corporate but it rings back to Customer Service and then they put you on hold or give you false numbers.
