My husband went to Noor bank to get the historic statement of his salary account. And they charged him AED 1500! That was ridiculous! He already had a bad experience with his settlement amount, where they held it for 4 months, and then my husband just used the money plus some additional funds to close the personal loan he had with the bank. He Has decided to close his account with Noor bank. Never seen such a bad service and such bad attitude in dealing with customers.
