I had a problem with cash generator Northfield branch in Birmingham they sold me a faulty PlayStation 4 so I took the product back, after having it for lest than a month. The day after I took the product back they called me back saying they was fixing my PlayStation but not my pad which wasn't broken in the first place, so I tried to disputed it as the item was still under warranty the manager / owner was rude and unprofessional. I ten contacted trading standards to see what my rights where and I did as I was advised and got my money back in the end I would advise Anyone to contact trading standard to see what ur rights are as the bank can pay u back ur money if paid off card just take the item back leave it there and recall your money I would never use another one of these again
