Update by user Sep 09, 2019 Sep 2019 update - I had to cancel my service since I tried to call out to 911 several times and was not able to connect to a network without restarting my phone and punching in the five codes they gave me, I submitted a complaint via BBB - all GoogleFi did respond with a automated response about how they will in get in touch with me - once I canceled the SAME DAY someone took the ticket or issue and said because 'I canceled' I will not get help (mind you I was out a phone for three months) and they did not see any urgency to escalate to their Tier 2 team at all until the last week of my service. TDLR; I basically harassed them daily via chat and call - until someone said they would escalate my issue and nothing was ever done about it. Took over 3 moths complaining to get no where, and still had to cancel service. I have not seen a bill or anything in collections - do miss the phone but I returned that device basically unused condition! Original review posted by user Jun 12, 2019 I have had non-stop issues with Google-fi LTE network issues and have chatted/called to fix this issue and it still does not work! I purchased the phone on payments on April 1, 2019 - then activated it April 15. Six days later they SAME phone was discounted 50% and I was not told or was even offered the promotion. I then checked today 45 days into my plan and the same phone is -$200 and I am not able to return the device or get the promo credits. With all the issues with the LTE and them not advising me about the promo or even offering to adjust it is complete crap!
