Pissed off customer, employees are the worst

Hi, Im emailing today about complaints Ive had at one of your banks. It is located at 470 Rahway Ave, Elizabeth NJ. On Wednesday 2/10/21 I was outside standing in line for more then 15 minutes to use the atm machine, all while it is freezing in NJ with degrees of 20 or lower. So as I was waiting a manger ( women) comes up to me and say ohh I have to wait at the corner until she opens up and was refusing me to use the atm machines after I have already been waiting for so long. (Mind you all this is happening before 0830am and the bank opens at 0900am. So the banks hasnt even been open no one inside and i was not being allowed to use the atm. She was a Hispanic women, light blonde and brown hair and a little on the heavier side. She was not allowing me to use the atm which I have already been waiting for. Then once I got annoyed and walked away another Hispanic male employee is staring at me as a get into my car and drive off he confines to stare at me, I confronted him and asked why he was staring at me and could not give me a reason. Hispanic male about 58 tall with black hair. This is the closes Wells Fargo bank to my home, I need this fix with those two employees because it is ridiculous that I was waiting for an atm and the manger was not allowing me to use and then I have some else just staring at me for no reason. If this is not fix me and my family will be closing our Wells Fargo accounts and be changing to a different bank. How could those two work somewhere were is controlling your money and I couldnt even be allowed to get money out. Ridiculous that I had to wait and waste so much of my time to get my own money out the bank and couldnt even be allowed to use it. I need this rectified or you will be losing customers
