They had no sympathy or any type of consideration that I was in the hospital and that my credit card had been compromised so I was unable extend my rental and they also threatened me through email that they were calling the police so I had to ultimately leave the hospital against medical advice and get the vehicle back to Florida risking MyHealth and everybody else's health wow I should have still been quarantined. User's recommendation: Don't rent from National Car Rental.
