I bought a Phillips Blu ray player model number BDP2501/F7 on 02/10/2021 from Walmart. It has stopped playing all Blu rays. I have tried to update the software but couldn't due to not having the disc for the software update. I clean it with a blu ray cleaning disc everyday.
