Perfect service, perfect people, perfect benefits

I have been using the bank services for about 15 years. I have had personal loans with them, savings among others. The bank managed to notify me everytime about any strange charges from my account to ensure there is no fraud. When I needed to refund my money, the bank did it all painlessly for me. I want to say thanks to the leadership team. You recruited professionals who know how to alleviate all clients’ anxieties or stressful issues. I’ve never experienced any bad attitude toward my requests or inquiries or problems (except for downtime on their website). Furthermore, the staff in the branch near me is very courteous. They offered me a bottle of water when the weather was scorching. Great bank! Totally recommend it!

They blocked my account with no message. They figured out for 3 days and all three days I was out of money!
