I bought a dining table on dec-2018. It seems that chair & bench has broken after 5 months usage & I asked for warranty but they denied it saying that their warranty only applicable for joints but not middle cracks. Their website clearly mentions that "Cracking & Peeling finish" is covered under warranty. But they are simply cheating people. Don't ever buy something from pepperfry. They deliver bad quality furniture with offers & cheat people in the name of 1 year warranty. So don't waste your time & hard earned money with pepperfry if you are planning to buy a furniture.
