Payments drafted from my account not refunded

My mortgage was drafted from my bank account on 4/14 TWICE. I have had multiple conversations that have led me to a DEAD END. I have been lied to and told the payment was posted to my bank and never did. This is stealing money. My mortgage was due on 5/1 and I cant afford to pay an extra payment when they have taken it already!
