Paid for over $2200 of work on 2004 GMC Envoy. Two days later the new tire rod popped loose. Had to get vehicle towed. Vehicle was taken back to the shop 3 times for issues from the work conducting (loose steering, clicking in tire & clanking noise). Shop reported nothing (noise was there when I road w/mechanic). Now the vehicle is at another shop for the same work. NTB Todd's Lane, Hampton, Va is the worst. NTB is the worst. Telephone numbers posted has dropped the call 5 times. User's recommendation: Stay away from NTB.
