Do not under any circumstances sign a contract with this company. They are corrupt, nefarious and dishonest. - if something is broke...it will take months if you're lucky - most issues they don't fix as they regard ANYTHING not endangering your life as a "luxury item." Read that again...You have a 3 bathroom house...if one toilet is broke hey...you have 2 working toilets. - they are rude on the phone. If you talk to a maintenance person they just say "we're working on it." They said this for 6 months straight. Do yourself a favor and go live under an overpass with the heroin addicts, get lice and become a drug dealer. It's better than doing business with these people. Anyone working for Pathlight should resign if they have any integrity.
