Pathetic Service. No door to door delivery

I have ordered an item from Amazon. Unfortunately for me, it was shipped via Ecom. The delivery boy behaved irresponsibly. He says my area is not serviceable. Why am I paying the delivery charges then? Ecom Express is just PATHETIC. User's recommendation: Don't use the service of Ecom Express.
