I am a professional having lived in new york and having tried the st louis Paul Mitchel Hair School when I visited and Loved them, I gave Pasadena a try. May I say that in my 40 years of dealings in customer support I have never. AND I MEAN NEVER encountered such atrocious and abusive customer treatment. And this is not getting into the the hours wasted for sitting in a chait and for hours and walking away with orange hair. Disgust to my core- More in regard to their twisted behavior than my clown hair! And that says it all.
