Partial parts of product did not work properly

purchased a wine rack from mecor and the rack that holds the wine glasses at the bottom would not align with the holes in the rack and the screws on the rack. would like replacement of wire rack as the rest of the product was fine and is working as planned. User's recommendation: buyer beware.
