Painful Process. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL employees.
I bought tickets to an event but was not able to make the event due an illness. Sure enough, I had bought insurance to the tickets. The process of reimbursement was long and tedious. More than two weeks to get my reimbursement claim approved. Fine... To top it off, I was met with R U D E staff at Claim Benefit Services. More than a month later, I still hadn't gotten the check for my reimbursement, so I called Broadspire to find out what's going on. Customer service was ABSOLUTELY rude (I cannot stress this enough). No apologies whatsoever. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - he acted super unprofessional. Pointed the finger on me, like it's my fault the check did not get to me. Try to avoid this company at ALL COSTS. Save your time and energy.
