Paid for transport that was never done and will not give a refund

My son paid C Lee Trucking of Alaska in full to transport his car and dog from NJ to AK in March 2020. The work was never done. C Lee Trucking said they would pay him $1,000 a month but so far only refunded $500. My son needs his money back. ZERO STARS. User's recommendation: Do not use this company.
