Paid for expedited shipping/ live agent issues

I ordered the 29th and paid for expedited shipping my order was originally supposed to be here tommrow the 2nd. Now i see it is expected to be here the 5th. So i tried to do live chat on fabletics. I waited 15minutes then it said agent has entered the chat so i explained to them about my shipping issue. 4minutes went by and the agent never said anything so i said are you going to relpy or help me. I waited then 5 minutes into chat session it said agent has left the chat. That was completely unacceptable to treat a customer in that way i never got a single response so i spent 20minutes in total to be ignored i wonder how many others have had same experience. I originally was only going to ask for my expedited shipping charge to be refunded because I did not receive my package with expedited shipping time. Now I am completely done with fabletics when my package arrives. I was looking forward to shopping with fabletics there are plenty of companies that have same services that have customers service agents that are there to help.
