paid for expedited service, didn’t receive, they wouldn’t reimburse.

I ordered two items on June 23 and paid $17.94 for expedited service so that I would receive the item by July 1. It didn't arrive band I left for vacation July 1 so I refused delivery. It took about a month to be reimbursed for the items and they refused to reimburse shipping. I called to complain and was told they would reimburse my shipping costs, then I was emailed a couple of days later and was told they decided to reverse that decision and would not reimburse me. All the way around, Potpourri Gift customer service was horrible.
