Package Supposedly delivered by Mondial Relay

Vinted discussed presumably with Mondial Relay for two months. They then told me to contact directly Mondial Relay. I did and their answer was that I had not contacted them in the 30 days after réception. They then told me Vinted had not contacted them during the 30 days period. Vinted argued they had no vision on what Mondial Relay did. They wasted my time and made me lose the opportunity to send a claim. I argued they should use the buyers insurance. Their answer is vague and negative. Very disappointed.m User's recommendation: Do not trust in Vinted. Contact the shipping company directly.
