I still have four package I'm waiting. Here it is three weeks after reaching the Hampton VA location and the website still says on truck to be delivered. They shuffled some package from the Hampton VA location that has been on the News about package still out in the parking lot and we can't even pick them up. Two of the six package were send to Emporia VA who called and I went and picked up the package. This location is the best and employees could teach Hampton Virginia some true Customer Service lessons. All I get from the Customer Service Center the same old store. Well you have a website that has not even been updated that still says it out for delivery but really sitting on the loading dock or the middle of their parking lot. If they are so backup and don't have drivers than schedule a pickup time and most of us will go get the package. Its a good thing they are not perishable or medical medication or supplies a person needs each month, but could be damage from sitting in the parking lot with all the rain we have gotten. I want my product I purchased and not have to buy at a higher price from someone who doesn't have a contact with Fex and can only ship with them. USPS & UPS delivery packages everyday and I'm sure they are facing the same problems at FEX so who really cares about there business shipper not FED EX in my opinion User's recommendation: check with your purchaser and if they ship don't buy from them. Advised your company like Chew.Com they are making you look bad and sending new items they still are not going to arrive.
