Hi Courts Customer Care, I do have an overdue account for an account no [protected]. Apparently, I've paid partial payment of $400 yesterday 05/08/19. I called your Customer Care today but was advised that the interest could accrued up to 25% if I were to make the balance payment next month. Currently, I just started working and I'm on financial difficulties due supporting my grandfather who is ill. I would like my plan to be revise and hope that you will able to waive my late fee charges.
