We have been waiting for a Mr. Davis to return a call to us since Monday. We were promised a call in 24-48 hours. Now 48 hours has passed and still no call. We have been overcharged by approximately $200.00 and now no one can even call us. User's recommendation: Call some other carpet cleaning company.
