Overbilled and ignored

A door to door salesman showed up,offered me a contract for 108 a month.i agreed to switch even though I really didn't want to spend another whole day getting new service installed.24 days later I start getting bills for over 133 dollars.i called,emailed,and used Facebook messenger to get an answer why I'm getting billed a week earlier than installed and why it was more than contract.was assured it would be fixed then the next bill came at over 160 dollars.it is close to Christmas and I can't risk my son not having internet,and I won't pay over 50 dollars more than contract and I've exhausted all the energy I have trying to get thru to these people,so I'll be going back to spectrum shortly.ps.i contacted 5 people including a supervisor and was told they would get back to me and never did.also technician left a huge rut in my yard and a huge piece of wire my lawn mower could of hit.i am extremely dissapointed and I don't know how they got to a billion dollar company treating people this way
